Website enquiries.

The contact form collects your name, role, organisation, work email address, a description of what is happening now and what you need to decide or improve, any call times you offer, and your consent so Archimeda can respond to your enquiry.

Archimeda stores accepted enquiries securely in the website’s database so its team can read and respond to them. When email notification is configured, a copy of the enquiry is also delivered to Archimeda’s mailbox with its email provider.

Archimeda has not set an automatic retention period for website enquiry records. To ask what enquiry information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email andrew@archimeda.ai.

Use the public form for business contact details and a general description of your enquiry. Use an agreed secure channel for sensitive student, family, staff, health or financial information.

Client engagements and platform deployments use separate data terms. This notice applies only to archimeda.ai.
